Worth a Thousand Words

They say, "a picture is worth a thousand words". This is so well said because pictures are an amazing way of expressing what words can not do.

Today, the SUSI 2019 team got to learn about photojournalism through a lecture held by Jesse Tinsley. First, we discussed American newspapers and compared them with newspapers in the Balkans. Jesse, who is a professional photojournalist, told us how to capture photos in the best way.

After finishing the first session, we had lunch at WSU in Spokane. We then had another nice lecture with Professor Robert Danielson about critical thinking. We did some tests together in order to understand our way of critical thinking.

Both of these sections were really interesting and our team enjoyed it. On our way back to Pullman we had dinner at a restaurant that offered us a variety of delicious foods. We are having a lot of fun during our days here, all my new friends and WSU team are so friendly.
