The Last Chapter

Our busy day in New York City started with going to the 9/11 Memorial Museum. A story as powerful as that one certainly leaves a mark. Most of us barely remember 9/11 happening or where we were at the time but the museum is so skillfully put together that you go through a range of emotions and end up leaving with a sense of hope. You hope to better the world to prevent these kinds of things from happening.

The memorial reminds us to be thankful for what we have and to live our life to the fullest because you never know what tomorrow might bring.

Next up was ImpactHUB where we learned about coworking spaces and got to step into the shoes of partners, investors and more as we asked multiple entrepreneurs demanding questions about their businesses. The businesses were in various stages of development and the differences in their business models were very interesting.

After a busy morning we got to act a bit more like travelers and toured Radio City music hall. A building with a great history and legendary performances. During the tour we were fortunate enough to meet one of the Rockettes and ask her all of the questions we could think of.

The day ended at Rockefeller center with amazing views and full hearts.

As we soak up the sun and city vibes of NYC we slowly start to acknowledge the fact that our SUSI chapter is coming to an end, but who knows, maybe there‘s a sequel in the works.
