Time Is Flying!

The third week started, I can't believe how fast time is flying!

Our day started with a pre-speaker session with our wonderful teacher Alisha. We discussed stereotypes and it was a very fun and interesting topic to talk about. Alisha always find fun ways to make us be more involved with the topics of discussion.

Right after lunch, we had a speaker session with the Mayor of the Cayse, Elise Partin. She talked about how it is to be a Mayor, what are her duties and we discussed a lot about how her job is important for the city. We had the post-speaker session with Christopher Reid, where we talked a little bit more about our speaker session with the Mayor.

Last but not least, we are on our way to start working on our capstone projects, everybody seems very excited and ready to do it! Can't wait for our next days!
