Intense, but Enjoyable.

Today was quite intense compared to the other days. We started off with a lecture with Dr. Butler. His teaching style is very much different from the one I experience in Hungary. It was relaxed, but we still learned a lot. He shared some business strategy theories with us and gave us practical examples of how the theory has been used in practice.

We then moved on to the Woman’s center at UTC, where we discussed gender equality and diversity. Wow. What a passionate round table talk! The group described stereotypes of man and woman and how people would feel by not meeting the characteristics. We shared different point of views and engaged in an intense discussion about the current situation of men and woman, and how we experience it.

Overall, the day was long but still enjoyable. We ended the day with a trip to the Ben and Jerry's store.
