The Helping Spirit

The best way to describe America is "Country of extremes". Here you can see two types of society: people who have everything and people who have nothing and live on the street. At the same time you can observe (like in other parts of the world) people who don't want to see the problems which exist in our society.

However, here in Chattannooga I have had the pleasure to meet and volunteer with a lot of amazing people who refuse to look away and base their life on one goal: Make this society better. In my case, I got to live for a day in this lifestyle and feel the energy they have to help others. For this reason, I have to admit that collaborating with these volunteers was the best experience of the program because with this kind of actions you really feel the helping spirit.
